An award-winning high-end architectural home, situated on a steep hillside overlooking Little Akaloa beach on Banks Peninsula. Built to withstand all the natural elements from the ocean, this family home was constructed out of precast panels to provide strength and thermal insulation. Weathered cedar complements the concrete panels and vast 100m2 deck.
