MAK is an Interior Design Studio in Christchurch, we are passionate about delivering beautifully styled homes that result in highly successful sales. We create the right mood for prospective buyers allowing them to visualise themselves in your home.

Our proposition is not staging - it is simply working with your existing furniture and belongings or helping you select new pieces such as fresh linen, art and accessories to lift the appeal of your property. And the best bit is you don’t have to move out and you get to keep what we select.

Why choose MAK property styling?
We understand that beautifully styled property will have a lasting impression on potential buyers and will drive the sale of your property. Styling your property for sale ensures the best bits are highlighted and we help take the stress out of the selling process.
When should I engage MAK?
Ideally we would recommend at least 2 weeks between our visit and styling, however we do understand how fluid the property market can be and we always try to accomodate even short notice needs.
How much does it cost?
The price is dependent on the amount of spaces and property size you want styled. We always start with a no obligation quote and you set the budget.
How does property styling actually work?
It starts with a visit from MAK to discuss what styling embellishments will best suit your property. We’ll then email you a style plan and a no obligation quote. Once that is accepted we’ll decide on a styling date. It’s best to set up the day of the photoshoot so everything is looking its best.
Can I use my own pieces of furniture?
Yes thats the whole point and the best bit! This isn’t staging, its simply helping you define your property style to give the home its best look and feel for sale.
When do I pay?
Full payment is required 48 hours prior to styling.
